well *Ryuugan activates* I was trying to increase my Telekenesis... I understand you're pretty skilled with these powers... It takes me alot of chakra to use this technique. I want to learn to move actual people.

*sits down* well basically Im the only one who has it... it's like a deformation.. It basically allows me to use a rare element of light based jutsu.. I can sense things far and wide.. but my problem is endurence.. I havent been able to keep the Ryuugan activated for very long.. and the power I obtain with it is so great.. I hate the setback.. but besides that Ive been told I can increase it's power some kind of way... I just try overusing it

simple enough... the problem would come in with resistence... if this were a person resisting id be out of chakra by now... but with something like this i could go on for quite a bit
