Let's go!

*Sui decides to get into a boat on the sea, however, he stays near the dock.*

"I wonder if anyone will come to such a place for battle..."

*Bloom appears next to the kid, leaning against the rock.*
"Hi there, you wouldn't happen to be looking for a fight would you?"
*She faced the kid with her eyes closed, smiling.*

*Sui look at Bloom.*

"I'd much rather not fight a woman, but if you'd like, I will."

*Sui stands up in the boat that they're in.*

"I hope you like water." *Sui grins.*

*Sui inserts his chakra into the water underneath the boat. He uses that water to push the boat far away from the dock so that there is no way back to the land.*

"You can use that boat as your land." *Sui jumps off of the boat and uses chakra to stand on the water.*

"Shall we begin?"

*Bloom did a front flip, exiting the boat. Her body began to emit an ultra cold plasma from her pores, so that when she landed, she would land on a frozen patch of water, allowing her to stan. She would stand on top of water with her chakra focused to her feet, but seeing how she is in his area now, she would much rather save her chakra. She tightly gripped her sword, Bliss, that was in her sheath.*
"You can make the first move."

"Normally, I would say ladies first, but..."

*After Sui says "but", water shaped in the form of a snake rises from the water behind Bloom and snaps at her.*

*With her hand already on her sword, and due to her quick reaction time, she quickly draws her sword, and severs the head of each of the snakes. The ultra cold plasma around her would freeze the snake bodies, shattering them.*
"I wonder how far his water capabilities go..."
*Manipulating the plasma in the ice shards, she completes a series of hand signs, forcing the shards to bolt towards Sui. Then Bloom tosses her sword into the air, jumping up along with it, and scouting the area a bit.*

*Instead of side-stepping, Sui controls the water under his feet and moves himself out of the way.*

"Well...since there is plenty of water..."

*Sui decides to use the water directly under Bloom (who is in the air) to form 4 more snakes. He makes the water snakes ascend upward, attempting to snap at Bloom once again.*

*Due to the ultra cold plasma emitting from her body, the snakes would freeze before they reached her, allowing her to stand on top of the extended frozen water snakes. The Ultra cold plasma emitting from her body began to slow down to a stop as she charged her sword with electricity.*
"Looks like you gave yourself quite the advantage."
*Bloom began to slide down the frozen snakes like poles, focusing chakra to her feet before she hit the water. Once she landed on the water, she would begin to float on top of it because of her chakra. She then made a dash for Sui, slashing her sword two times, sending two waves of electricity at him. Moving would cause the electricity to hit the water and the electrical currents would ravage the water.*

"Clever, but you forgot one thing. The boat."

*Sui, still being not too far from the boat, uses the water under the boat to push the boat in front of himself in order for the boat to take both of the electric waves head on. The boat is destroyed.*

"You almost had that completely thought out... Unfortunately, my boat is gone now..."

*Thinks to himself, "She has ice and electric abilities? Just who is she?" *

"Didn't you think that I'd be able to change ice back into water?

*Sui coverts the frozen water snakes behind Bloom back into water with his chakra.*

"However, if you like ice so much..."

*Sui shapes the water snakes into various kunai and shuriken. He then freezes them and hurls them at Bloom from behind.*

(In all of the time that has passed, those water kunai/shuriken could have impaled you 20 times over...)

*Bloom stopped, pivoted, and turned around. She held her hand up at the multiple blades dancing her way, and it began to glow.*
"Filamentation!"
*Shooting a concentrated, self powering beam, from her hand, it dissipates the various weapons on contact, since ice has plasma, and filamentation is a pure plasma beam. Turning that same hand around along with her body, she attempted to have the beam blaze right across Sui. Since filamentation is self powering, it would be roughly 2x in power then it was a few moments ago. Bloom readied her sword in her other hand for something devastating.*
